Role: Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead (C# .NET & React) Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite/Hybrid) Job Type: W2 Contract Experience: 10+ Years Required Skills • 10+ years of software development experience. • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Web API, and Microservices. • Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. • Experience with RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures. • Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and improving code coverage. • Strong understanding of observability tools, logging frameworks, monitoring, and application performance management. • Experience supporting vulnerability remediation and secure software development practices. • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. • Experience leading distributed onsite-offshore teams. Preferred Qualifications • Experience within Treasury, Banking, Payments, or Capital Markets domains. • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Experience with SonarQube, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools. • Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise risk controls.
